How to Use:
Sear your Steaks/meat with it
Fry your eggs, mushrooms and potatoes in it
Spread it on toast, banana bread, English muffins etc.
Use as a base for sauces like hollandaise, bernaise, etc.
Saute and stir fry your veggies
Roast chicken and hardy veg like broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven
Pop your popcorn directly in ghee because of its high smoke point!
