AQUA [WATER]
- BÖRLIND’s own deep spring water comes from 166 meters below ground. It is characterized by its high level of purity and impeccable microbiological quality.
- ALCOHOL
- Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
- SORBITOL
- Sorbitol, derived from plant starch, has a moisturizing effect and is also used as a base for powdered active substances from plants.
- POLYGLYCERYL-5 LAURATE
- This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
- GLYCERIN
- Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
- SODIUM PCA
- This salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid has a moisturizing effect.
- SODIUM LACTATE
- This lactic acid salt, derived through fermentation from plants, has a moisturizing effect. It occurs in human skin as a natural moisturizing factor (NMF).
- PANTHENOL
- This provitamin improves the skin’s elasticity and accelerates cell regeneration. It has moisturizing and regenerating effects.
- CHONDRUS CRISPUS POWDER [CARRAGEENAN]
- Carrageenan, obtained from red algae, is used as a natural gelling agent. It also has a moisturizing effect.
- GLYCINE
- Glycine is an amino acid. Amino acids are components of proteins and also occur in human skin as natural moisturizing factors (NMF). They maintain the skin’s protective acid mantle layer and bind moisture.
- UREA
- This nature-identically produced urea has a moisturizing effect. It also occurs in human skin as a natural moisturizing factor (NMF).
- XANTHAN GUM
- Xanthan gum is obtained through fermentation from a plant substrate and is used as a natural gelling agent.
- SODIUM ASCORBYL PHOSPHATE
- This vitamin C derivative protects against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging.
- ALLANTOIN
- Allantoin occurs naturally in comfrey, black salsify and horse chestnuts. It relieves irritation and has a regenerating effect.
- GLYCERYL CAPRYLATE
- This lipid component, derived from plant fatty acids and vegetable glycerin, stabilizes emulsions. It is also moisturizing and nourishing.
- BETA VULGARIS ROOT EXTRACT [BEET]
- Red beet extract is used as a natural colorant.
- AROMA [FRAGRANCE]
- Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.
- PERSEA GRATISSIMA FRUIT EXTRACT [AVOCADO]
- Organic avocado extract is rich in vitamins and protects and moisturizes the skin.
- LACTIC ACID
- Lactic acid, derived from plants through fermentation, has a moisturizing effect. It is also an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid).
- CITRONELLOL
- Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
- PHYTANTRIOL
- Phytantriol has nourishing and moisture-binding effects. It keeps skin and hair smooth and supple.
- GINKGO BILOBA LEAF EXTRACT
- The extract obtained from the leaves of the ginkgo tree, protects against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging.
- HUMULUS LUPULUS EXTRACT [HOPS]
- Organic hops extract tones blood vessels and moisturizes.
- GERANIOL
- Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
- CUCUMIS SATIVUS FRUIT EXTRACT [CUCUMBER]
- Cucumber extract contains vitamins and minerals. It is traditionally used in cosmetics to moisturize, reduce puffiness and refresh.
- EQUISETUM ARVENSE EXTRACT
- Organic field horsetail extract is a traditional natural remedy. It has firming, strengthening and vascular toning properties.
- SALVIA OFFICINALIS LEAF EXTRACT [SAGE]
- Organic sage leaf extract has astringent, antimicrobial and antiperspirant effects.
- ACHILLEA MILLEFOLIUM EXTRACT
- Organic yarrow extract tones the blood vessels. The substances in this plant also have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
- LACCAIC ACID
- This natural resin, produced by the lac insect, is a natural red dye.
- CITRIC ACID
- Citric acid is obtained from plant substrate through fermentation. It is used to regulate pH levels. It is also an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid).
- SODIUM BENZOATE
- This benzoic acid salt is a nature-identical preservative.
- POTASSIUM SORBATE
- Potassium sorbate is a nature-identical preservative. It occurs naturally in unripe rowan berries.
