Very low carb (3.3 g / pancake) and very low calorie (68/pancake) pancake baking mix.

This baking mix is gluten free and vegan. Prepare with other gluten free and/or vegan ingredients to get a delicious gluten free and/or vegan dessert.

One bag makes 24 delicious, moist, healthy pancakes.

Resealable stand-up pouch.

Directions are for 1 portion - 3 pancakes.

You will need
- heaped ⅓ cup Low Carb Pancake Mix
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites or vegan equivalent
- ⅓ cup milk of your choice

Directions: Directions are for 1 portion, which makes 3 pancakes. Mix egg and milk then add Low Carb Pancake Mix. Spray frying pan with cooking oil then form 3 pancakes from your batter in frying pan. You may need to make 1 or 2 at once depending on the size of your frying pan. Flip your pancakes after a few minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, no sugar added maple syrup, no sugar added jam, peanut butter or your other favourite toppings.
